Top Floor, Please!

The article “Top Floor, Please” is about people who doesn’t somewhat have good education but succeed to a better position in the hotel industry you just mainly have to have good skills and like what you do. Their was a woman name Debbie who wasn’t sure what to do after high school but a friend told her about opening jobs at a hotel so she went to check it out and what do you know, she got it and worked her way up to become the hotel manager without a college degree. The Hotel industries are increasingly pretty fast so there is an opportunity to get hired. They look for people who have communication shills they have meetings to determine a job well done to the working employees. The best place to start is the front desk some people stared there but now some became more experienced at what they are doing. Some dude named Peter started at the front desk he was dedicated at what he was doing. Today Peter is a Credit Manager. Some other employees started from scratch and did not have good degrees but they all worked so hard to get where they are today, so they can make it with out college degrees and make something out of themselves.
